We offer two types of appraisals. They both compare recent sales in the same area and or street, as well as considering other factors that influence potential.

The first is based on desk research conducted by a real human.  We uncover the most recent and relevant sales evidence. This type of appraisal provides you with "some idea" of your property's potential market value.

The second type of appraisal tends to be far more accurate and deliver more value to sellers.  We do the desk research and then meet with you to do three things: 

• Conduct a physical inspection of your property to assess the potential value of features and condition that don't show up in desk research
• Factor in your particular  circumstances, schedule and objectives as well as the property's readiness for the market
